Bring your CHIP!!
|
3/13/2009 10:40:56 AM by Marek |
Bring your Winning Time Chip to all the Crit Series races starting this Saturday (3/14/09)! Saturday we will be testing the chip system at RMR with SBO, SBE, Winning Time, and The UCA. Any one who has a chip on their bike will get a point for individual and team (except the top 14 places).
C and D flite...
Saturday 3/14/09 we will separate the C and D flite into their own race. This will let riders of same ability race together and better their skills. On 3/21/09 we will have a Crit Skills Clinic for the D flite to help introduce people to the inns and outs of crit racing. Some of Utah's best coaches will be on hand help out and answering your questions.
A/B flite starts at Noon and C/D at 1pm
If you need to purchase a Crit Series Plate you can do that at the race... Cost is $65 and includes your first race.

Crit Series Upgrades
|
5/9/2007 2:39:53 PM by Marek |
I have been getting a lot of requests for upgrades and I know this info is already posted on the site but I thought I would just toss it up there again as a refresher...
To be in the A flite...
You need to have a USCF license and be either a Pro, Cat1, or Cat2.
The exception to the rule is those Cat3's that were in the top 15 of the B flite from the previous season(s).
If you do not fit into this description you are either a B or C.
To be in the B flite...
You need to have a USCF license and be either a Cat3 or a Cat4... NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!!
To be in the C/D flite...
You need not have a USCF license but you will pay an additional fee for not having one. You can be a Cat4 or Cat5 or brand new.
These rules are not here to hold anyone back... they are the policy that is given to us by our insurance provider and USAC. If you have any questions reguarding these rules please feel free to call me directly to discuss.
See you out there,
